Eric Nelson

DC, DACBSP

Dr. Eric graduated from Life College School of Chiropractic in 1997 and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Sports Physicians. He teaches internationally for Neurokinetic Therapy Seminars (NKT) and is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner, and certified Graston Technique Practitioner. Dr. Eric is a credentialed Active Release Technique Provider in their Elite Provider Network and is Advanced Level certified in the cutting-edge technique PDTR (Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex). He is currently the only Advanced PDTR certified practitioner in New Jersey and is Level 1 certified through the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board.

Dr. Eric was selected for a two-week chiropractic rotation at the US Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California. Dr. Eric worked with Archery, Track & Field, BMX, Kayaking, Field Hockey, and Bobsledding Olympic athletes. He was named ANJC Sports Council Sports Chiropractor of the Year in 2010 and is a past president of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractic Sports Council.
 
In addition, Dr. Eric was a past member of the Mountain Dew Action Sports Medical Team. The Dew Tour is a nationally televised event which consists of skateboarding, BMX, and freestyle motocross competitions.

Kerri Nelson

DC, CCSP, NCPT

Dr. Kerri graduated from Life College School of Chiropractic in 1997 and is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher. Dr. Kerri completed her training and was certified as a Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation Practitioner in 2003. She is certified in Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) and is eligible for her Diplomate in Rehabilitation. She has received extensive rehabilitation training from the Prague School of Rehabilitation and Manual Medicine in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and is a DNS Certified Exercise Trainer.  Dr. Kerri also has training in the Vojta Technique and is a credentialed Active Release Technique provider (ART). Dr. Kerri is the past secretary of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractic Sports Council.

Dr. Kerri’s practice focuses on restoring normal movement patterns in her patients. Utilizing a unique blend of rehabilitation techniques, including DNS and Pilates based movements, she strives to improve awareness and postural control in her patients to help them become better movers.
 
Dr. Kerri and Dr. Eric met in chiropractic school and have 3 children who help keep life outside of the office extremely full and lots of fun!

Cecilia Grillo

PTA, NCPT

Cecilia began her Pilates training while working as a licensed physical therapist assistant and after a career as a professional dancer. She became certified as a Practitioner of Pilates for Rehabilitation through Polestar Pilates in 2009. She also holds certifications with Stott Pilates and is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher. Cecilia has extensive training in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and is a DNS Certified Exercise Trainer.

Most recently, Cecilia has become Titleist Performance Institute Certified. She enjoys encouraging her clients to explore their mind-body connection while creating sessions that are enjoyable and challenging! Cecilia shares her passion for movement with clients of all ages and physical backgrounds.
